Cindie's in Humble (the second Cindie's in our north-Houston coverage, this one on 1st Street) is a consistently top-tier example of the chain's customer-service playbook, multiple floor associates get named in nearly every recent review for non-judgmental, knowledgeable help, and the store smells noticeably better than most adult-retail spaces (customers comment on this repeatedly). The team is particularly good at helping shy customers ease into asking real questions, and reviews mention staff providing lube samples to help customers find what works before committing. Pricing is fair for the category. Clean, well-organized floor. There are essentially no substantive complaints in the recent review wall. Worth visiting if you're in the Humble / Atascocita / Kingwood corridor.
