Walked into the arcade and put one dollar in the booth. Once the dollar was over I got out and walked around for no more than 1 or 2 mins and the guy at the front desk with glasses walked in and started harassing me in front of other customers. According to him, his "boss" called him and told him to kick me out because all I have been doing is "walking" around. I literally have only been here 3 times and this idiot claimed thay I come here all the time and that he's watched me walk around never putting money in the booths. Not only did he do this but then he threatened me and said he would put my picture on the website for retaliating. I don't know who hired this idiot but everything he did is a clear sign of poor management and horrid customer service. It is absolutely unprofessional of him to even dare to threaten any customer with putting their picture on the website. Men who go here are discreete and many of then are married and or have professional lives. They go here to have fun and seek relief and entertainment finding discreete casual encounters with either other men or sometimes women. Why would someone working here even dare to say something like this to ANY customer? The fact I decided to come here and even think of spending my money on your was an absolute mistake. I am extremely upset this is how this facility operates. Whoever owns this business needs to hire better management and they themselves should think deeper about their business and how they should treat customers. Next time I will just go to Exotic adult bookstore down the street where they are more welcoming and i don't have to worry about being kicked out for standing around for 2 minutes.

My fiancée and I stopped in there for the 1st time a few weeks ago and we were pleasantly surprised at the selection of lingerie and the reasonable pricing. To top it off, apparently someone was following me around and being creepy and the owner took action for my safety. Tbh I was so into looking at all the options in outfits and lingerie that we hadn’t even noticed this creepy guy - we were absolutely oblivious! Very glad that the owner took notice and did something about it. We will definitely be back and recommend checking them out.

Is that old black dude mentality ill? I went to one of the booths and was grabbing my wallet to put the money, a guy tried to get in and I had to stop him, then this black guy opens the door and says: "out!" And I was like what?? He claimed I was there for 5 min and I was there Maybe 2? But more like 1? I was so infuriated...I am never going back to this place while this IDIOT works there. Owner, please watch the footage and see how much of a crazy guy you have working for you. He told me, agressively, to put a dolar if I wanted to stay. Dude...after that even if he had given me a $100 bill and told me to stay as long as I wanted I would still get out of there. This guy is a complete joke

The guy at the desk was very nice and almost didn’t let me in because of my ID. I know that i look younger than i really am and my out of state ID wasn’t helping. However i explained to him that i just moved to the area and i drove a good 45 mins to an hour to get there. He was very understanding and he let me through. I finally chose an item to purchase after our pleasant chat. I do plan to visit again.

Filthy, no door on the one bathroom and they have a camera pointed directly at the toilet, (so they can record you using the toilet). No paper towels or way to dry your hands, and no hand soap. The older black man who was working the night I was there was aggressive and hostile, intentionally rude. No need for it as I was causing no trouble. The place is almost never cleaned and they hate their patrons. Don’t bother. I will be filing a complaint with the municipality.
