I had an exceptional experience today at Victoria's Secret with a dedicated team member. Despite not catching her name, the young lady with braids went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect bras in the right size. Her attentive listening and helpful recommendations made my shopping trip smooth and enjoyable. She exemplified outstanding customer service, and her cashier number on my receipt is 3782511. I have shopped VS since I was a teen, I’m now 39. This store has been the more positive and enjoyable of all VS stores I’ve shopped. It feels the way in-store shopping should feel. Friendly associates who are interested in your style/needs. I wish more retailers were like this location. I will always shop this one if I’m in the area. (I tried to leave online feedback but the website doesn’t give the option.) 🤷🏻‍♀️

This location is the best VS store to visit, they are very helpful and friendly, they will help you till you find what you’re looking for. I really appreciate all of them. Thank you beautiful ladies, you doing a great job. So glad this store opens in Prosper.
