I usually have an excellent experience here. They have gotten to where they have my brand less and less, but the staff has always tried to be very accommodating and kind. Yesterday was a totally horrible experience. The young lady had a terrible attitude. She got way out of line when my husband asked if they could order some rolling tubes for us. She was so rude! I will definitely try to do my business at the tobacco store in Tunica from now on!

I love buying my tobacco products from the "Tobacco SuperStore" ! They are always Overly Friendly when I shop there. Especially the employer whose name is, Felicia!!! You can tell that she's truly concerned with me getting what I want or may need from the tobacco store. I love this store so much over the competitor's that I'm driving clear across town 3-4 times weekly to shop there! And again Kudos to the employees, Felicia!

Went here... pulled up before 8 o’clock to the window. I had one vehicle in front of me and lady looked back and saw I was the next vehicle she started laughing and said we’re closed. I got to the window and said mam we were here before 8 she smiled and said my register is closed its 8 and smiled. This is just poor poor customer service and people wonder why we pull our business from Clarksdale.

Gone have to stop going there big pot holes surrounded, the employees are so nice which is really why I go there plus the little discounts you give but the surrounding is so bad it's dangerous I have back problem and a total hip replacement I have to tolerate so much pain just to go and leave with please help your property.
