Excellent friendly knowledgeable staff who make you feel comfortable and welcome. Got some really cool stuff and at a great price. The lady's recommendation was spot on and I have an awesome experience every time. Also the points system is awesome. Only gripe is the small collection of menswear, but I am assured there is more to come.

Worst vibes ever, and the older lady that was working fully just watched us around the whole store as if we were stealing from there.. super weird & way over priced. Get some customer service skills and maybe some light music to take away from the dead silence and creepy floors.
