Tried to immediately cancel my order after seeing online how awful the content actually was, and they said they couldn't, even though they supposedly have a 100% refund guarantee. So, I told the FedEx delivery person that I refused it and to send it back to the company. They said that was no problem, and luckily I have the detailed tracking showing it was delivered to them almost a month ago. Every time I call Great Courses they tell me a different amount of time before I'll get a refund. I have submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company to dispute this on my behalf. Please save yourself the headache and don't use this company.
