Gear in this store is very expensive compared to the gear available on the internet. I'm glad I checked out the internet prices first. They are ripping people off, because they can. People somehow forget they can buy gear from the internet. A flogger or crop should not cost $30+, and similar ones cost much less on the internet, not to mention a wider selection. The only benefit this store has is being able to try on outfits, other than that save your money. Also, I got IDed and I did not even purchase anything. Kind of an unnecessary invasion of my privacy considering I only came to check the place out. What a waste of time (and thankfully not money).

DONT BUY ANYTHING HERE. They wouldn't provide a refund of a shirt that I purchased and didn't even take out of the store. Their public posting of their policy states "no exchanges for personal or discounted items," but does not state their RETURN policy. The receipt is extremely difficult to read and you can't make out the policy either. I will update my review if they refund my purchase. The prices are obsurd and their staff was completely useless unless their manager is in to authorize the refund.

Don't believe the 1 star reviews, or take em with a grain of salt. I've shopped here for years; staff is always friendly, store is always immaculately clean. The merchandise changes as much as it can, within their genre/niche.

Three years ago I gave this place a 5*. I had to come back in and change this because it it is far from the case now. They never get anything new in and if they do it's nothing exciting or good. The markup on most of their stuff is outrageous and their selection keeps dwindling. The only reason I go now is for the friendly and helpful staff, and their suspenders.

The staff is awsome but they mark up everything 50% . I don't think they have to rip off the public that bad. Plus the selection has really gone down hill.
