Me & my sister have visited this location multiple times & received terrible customer service. We’ve spent hundreds of dollars here in the past & definitely don’t deserve the treatment we have gotten here. the last two times we’ve gone to this location we’ve been treated like shoplifters, they follow you around the store & you can clearly hear the employees talking about you behind your back. one time they even suggested to our faces that we were stealing, which we both believe this is because we look younger. I will never shop at this location ever again, would rather pay to ship their merchandise to my house than receive this service!

i had a great experience coming into Spencer's today. i was greeted by an employee, i believe his name was demitrius. he was very confident and helpful when i asked for assistance. definitely uplifted my day. great customer service and they always have fun socks.

Every time I visit this location I experience terrible customer service. As a former retail employee at this mall I find it ridiculous how they treat their customers. I am a 21 years old I work full time & every time I try shopping at this Spencer’s location I get treated as if I am a shop lifter. they follow me around make comments about items I was looking at …… and not in a good way. Let’s just say I refuse to shop in this store due to the fact they make me uncomfortable

Went in with my 5 year old. Wasn’t looking at the t shirts for one minute when this woman walks over to me and says “you know the pictures of the shirts are on the wall, no need to rifle through them all. I looked at her and said “I touched one shirt”. Then she apologized and walked away. Listen, I walked to the cashier station and told her manager to which the associate said “i didn’t say that, and I apologized.” Like why would you apologize if you didn’t say that. Hmmm.
