I decided to come back to Soma this December 2022, to see if the customer service had improved; however, I was extremely hurt as I was INSULTED by one of the cashiers as she openly targeted my weight. After gently asking her to stop and confirming my bra size, she continued to berate me and tried to cover it by saying that she was “helping.” I have never been belittled by a rep before ( at any store ) and am very CONCERNED about the quality of customer service that the workers are displaying as it negatively reflects the brand. I ended up leaving my items there at the store. I’ve been a loyal customer for a number of years and I am surprised that the day before Christmas- this is the service being offered.

I love Soma's lingerie wear. 😍 I have yet to purchase anything that did not fit me well. Anything you put on your body should feel like a second skin and that's what Soma does for me. Also, the cashier was very helpful in assisting me with finding the right sizes.

Love this store. Associates are consistently pleasant and helpful. Love all of the merchandise, especially the bras and night clothes. However, if you have an issue with any of your items, it’s best to call customer service before trying to deal with an associate in the store, they are not very helpful in this regard.

We had a pleasant time initially shopping at the Soma outlet, but upon looking over our receipt after the fact, the sales person had neglected to use $20 off $80 purchase when we spent over $400. I returned to have the error corrected and unfortunately they continued to be of very little help. In the future, I will likely shop online it at Soma at all to avoid these mistakes at the local store. Pay close attention to promotions at checkout and with returns.

I purchased some underwear here because they were pretty. It took me awhile to search for something as pretty as what I would find in my favorite undergarment/clothing store, Victoria's Secret. The staff was supper pleasant! Trying to figure out why I hadn't made a selection since my bf had found what she was purchasing and was ready to head to the cash register. When I finally found some underwear I stood and debate with myself if I should pass and go back home to VS or make the purchase.😟😕😦The underwear ripped after I had only wore them ONCE!!! This is a lovely store and the staff is supper friendly, talkative, and professional. But the store didn't have FOR ME a good quality or selection.
