Terrible experience. The saleswoman in the store helped us very well, but we found something better. When my friend called to ask if he could return it, and we mentioned the product, he was told to "bully his mom" when we hung up the phone in bewilderment, my friend even got a call back and he got a call back with the threat “I have your number and know where to find you” I find it bizarre that you can talk to customers like that. And I even happened to record the phone conversation. Bizarre, if you want customer service I wouldn't go here. Response: Unfortunately I can't respond to the response to my review, so I'll do it this way, because I find this bizarre. In your response you first start a whole story about the returns policy, which none of us have indicated that we have a problem with, our problem lies with the way we were treated on the telephone. You say you heard two voices and therefore thought it was a prank call? Very clever considering I only said something when you attacked my friend, again I have it on camera. Then called back to apologize? You called back to threaten us. It's bizarre that this business still exists if you treat customers like this and then lie about what the situation was like. I would take some rest, because after hearing you on Saturday it sounds like you are almost in a burnout, good luck!
