Most of the employees are nice but Tony is always rude. He is always discussing clients to other clients. I guess if he doesn't get whatever it is he wants from them he is unpleasant. I am friendly with everyone, without motive, until said person becomes nasty to me. Then I'm done. He allows all kinds of shenanigans and I have no idea nor will I speculate on his involvement (illegal, I dunno?), but I don't care. There are better things I can do with my time. He desperately needs to get a life!

Amazing staff for sure, always fun, make everything easy, they are quite knowledgeable for the products that they sell, is a fun, safe, discreet spot, i wish they just have tap or debit card slide system to turn the screens on without taking away the dollar eater and have a few stations with sanitizer or antibacterial and paper towels to wipe down the seats. Im not saying that the place is not clean. Not all! Just as a double measure like in the gyms. Other than that great customer service, knowleagble and friendly crew.

Today I went to Perez Images Video, my experience shopping here was amazing. Tony the cashier is very helpful and made me feel welcome the minute I walked in , he greeted me. Tony even asked me if I needed any assistance or if I had any questions to let him know. I will definitely come back here again and will recommend this place. Thanks again Tony!!

Jennifer is the best sales person at this store. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and always greeted us with a smile. She knew the products and was able to recommend a variety of different toys and things. She is a go to person when it comes to fun! :) we love you Jennifer and thank you for your expertise, because of you our experience was amazing, unique and comfortable. I dont know what other people were talking about because my experience here was nothing but great. The black gentleman who works there was super cool. We were a couple m/f and allowed to go in together to the booths, contrary to another review. They have a great selection of items upfront too. Will def be back next time were in town!
