I never have to look for a store cause I found everything I needed here. Costumer service was superb and I will definitely be going back. The store was clean and very easy to find what I was looking for, the workers helped me for what I was needing. Thank you so much

Store was clean but not much product, cash only and they weren't checking IDs (I was told by the worker there that they only check when paying by card), sketchy.

Great place for every body. Partner and I had a great time with the things we got. The game was a blast but we were only a temporary thing. Wish they had a spot for people to leave their numbers for meeting other people for hooking up. That'd be risky but fun if everyone kept it clean and safe.

This place doesn't feel very geared towards hetero couples and has a very industrial atmosphere. The selection is decent but only of a few items and nitrous oxide is on full display. I don't think I personally will be returning. All in all I am satisfied with my purchases even though they seemed a bit pricey, I prefer to support local business.

I have been a patron of this store for about 25 years. It’s gone through many changes in that time, but up until now I’ve always counted on helpful and knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately, I will no longer be a customer. I purchased a pricey item recently under the belief that they would stand by their signage located in multiple places throughout the store that simply reads, “NO RETURNS, EXCHANGE ONLY with receipt”. Nothing more is specified, and the signs locations are literally on all types of items. No where in the store does it state that only NON FUNCTIONAL/NON WORKING items will be accepted for exchange. However, after making the gas guzzling drive from Fort Collins to exchange my item that frankly didn’t live up to what the packaging said, I was RUDELY told by an employee then by the manager that they would in fact NOT follow what their own signs say, and instead insisted they were planning to order new signs that stated the aforementioned exchange policy. So ultimately, not only had I invested my time and money to make the drive to patronize this company and trusted they had at least a slight amount of integrity to stick to their own advertised policy, but I did it twice in believing and trusting that there would be no issues in doing exactly what the multiple signs say and EXCHANGE my item. I’m aware this is not typical practice to have the opportunity to return or exchange such items, but it would be simple to add that statement to at least one sign. I have been completely deceived, wasted my time and effort for this company, and frankly had false hope that at least the “little guy” that was once under so much scrutiny in the small town of Longmont, Colorado just for being what it was. If you are going to quite literally plaster LYING SIGNS all over your store, you could at least throw in some FREE LUBE when you bend me over and F*+# ME IN THE A**!!!! FIX YOUR DAMN SIGNS OR HIRE A CHILD TO USE A MARKER WITH THE CORRECT INFORMATION IF YOU FIND IT DIFFICULT TO DO YOURSELF!!!
