I used to buy harmony enhancement pills. They got pulled so the lady at this store recommended another one. It had no effect don't buy the pills in the red package I contacted her today she said we don't adjust it or refund it very rude won't be back. Remember your not in Asia your in Canada

I highly discourage anyone from purchasing any product from this store. Me and my girlfriend were interested in vibrators and the sales person marketed the WE VIBE 4 PLUS which we decided to purchase after she told us it was about $100.00, then purchase actually was $223.99. We left the store feeling dissatisfied for the price we paid for the product we just got. So we turned around 2 minutes after, box untouched, to return the product. The sales person said all sales are final as it says on the receipt. However when we asked to speak to the owner about our situation, possibly to get a partial refund and get a cheaper product we were interested in, and received a simple NO. No phone number, no contacting the owner, no partial refunds, no full refunds, no option other than to accept the product we just bought. When we asked why we cannot speak to the owner/manager, she replied, "he will get very angry, I cannot." This was a very awkward and dissatisfying experience for us we will not be returning there again.

shop you'd like to AVOID!! my wife was to get something to surprise me but turns out to be defective. were tease by different sales rep when she took it back for exchange because she got the cheap model (thats the ONLY model they have at the first purchase) and no warranty or exchange (but they told my wife they can do free exchange if it's defective). ABSOLUTE LIRE!! wasted $60 to learn our lesson

This is such a clean and well-stocked store with a lovely, intimate, and accepting atmosphere. The clerk was incredibly helpful and non-judgemental when we had questions. I can't wait to recommend this store to friends who might be unsure about adult stores.

I don't think this is the right number, and if it I their customer service sucks. I wanted to buy a hitachi magic wand from them, I called and the person answered but didn't say the company name, when I asked if they were "Love in love" they said huh and then went silent. Then they said "yeah" but wouldn't answer my questions. I just hung up.
