I’ve been in this store on multiple occasions and haven’t had a bad experience yet. I’ve found the sales staff to be helpful and knowledgeable and willing to tell about their experiences with different products. They always check to make sure that the merchandise works so that customers leave happy. I’m impressed with the cleanliness of the store and the variety of merchandise available. I’ve also noticed that the cashiers maintain a professional demeanor even with belligerent customers. I have never felt uncomfortable in this store. They have something for everyone, check it out.

Never had a bad experience here, the cashier is always super sweet and honest about her own reviews! I can always ask for help with not a single ounce of judgement or embarrassment. Great variety, organized and always always super clean. She offers the best care when it comes to making sure products work, you can always ask. Practice safety folks!

I just went to this store tonight and the lady who was working was the rudest and most unhelpful person I've ever come across at any store. She was rude and disrespectful and didn't care is she sold a toy that she actually knew didn't work and was defective knowing I can't return it this is ridiculous.

I absolutely LOVE these owners!! The staff is friendly and helpful, and they have the best selection of toys!! I adored this store!! It’s QUITE a bit larger than any store I’ve been in, and their customer service is FANTASTIC!! If you’re in the area, stop in and tell them Drea sent you!! 💋💋💋 Update: they’re having a raffle!! Go see them today!!
