3 times in the last week I've been here within advertised hours and 3 times the doors have been locked and the store, empty. These stores are way more expensive than the online competition, and the product selections often leave much to be desired. The only competitive edge offered is instant gratification vs a delay for shipping. If they can't even establish (and adhere to) hours of operation, like....theyve lost the edge and I can't shop here.
