As others have said, very shady business practices and terrible customer service. Brittany Oglesby “customer service” director does not return phone calls. They ship defective products and when you return for a replacement, they ship you a used item that has been cobbled together with a mix of parts from other returns and included a damaged display case. That is what they shipped back to me. I couldn’t believe it. They stopped responding to my emails and calls. I also left various voice mails in their general voice mail as well. Have to file a dispute now to get my full refund back.
