Enjoyed shopping at Eroworld today! What a beautiful store, all products are well presented and the store is very clean. The staff is friendly and clearly knows what they are talking about. There is also free water, coffee and tea for customers. I will definitely come back here again soon!

After an unpleasant experience at another store, we went to this store and we don't regret it! Beautifully stocked store where, even though I already know and know many things myself, I still walked out with new information. A cheerful lady behind the counter gave me the feeling that nothing was too much. Definitely a visit that will stay with us for a long time and we will certainly come back again.

Just visited Eroworld to purchase a toy. The sales employee who helped me knew nothing about the products I came for. Took items out of the plastic packaging that came in the box, which I think is unsanitary and extremely unprofessional...especially with intimate products like these. 10 minutes later when I got home it turned out that I had purchased the wrong item. I went back to the store to exchange my product. I was helped by the same sales associate as when I purchased, but her attitude was now slightly aggressive and agitated - behavior that in my opinion is absolutely out of place in retail. She pointed out to me the A4 sheet that was taped to the other side of the counter, which stated that for hygienic reasons certain products from the range could not be returned. However, my type of product was not listed here. Sales employee asked to call her boss and she says in a slightly aggressive tone, "Do I really have to call my boss, the product will not be taken back anyway." To be clear, I fully agree that certain products are non-returnable, but given that the above all happened in the space of 20 minutes, I am very disappointed in my experience at Eroworld and the lack of professionalism . In addition, the product has been removed from the packaging by the sales employee himself. For the high prices that Erworld charges (compared to other such erotic stores), I think professionalism is appropriate. I will never purchase anything here again.
