All told, not too bad. Large and great looking selection, nice, wide variety of product types and lines. They didn't have the specific products I wanted, but what I wanted is a little rare, so that's no big deal. One complaint: the cashier had to take hand written notes on all sales. That took time and created hassle for the cashier and us customers. I suggest they invest in an updated inventory system . . .

I went in for one thing and left with two. The glass one got broke before I ever used it so I went back in and got one more. The young lady was amazing and very comfortable with their products. I will frequent there a lot more and maybe get her to do a demonstration of certain products!

At first I felt a bit overwhelmed with the saleswoman's customer service because I felt a bit grumpy that particular evening, but she was really knowledgeable and appropriate with her conversation. She matched me at my comfort level, at first she used really general or clinical terms, but as I was speaking and using more specific terms or more slang she matched my level of comfort with the conversation which is important with sex and things a lot of people consider private. I noticed she did this with other customers that were at varying comfort levels as well. I wish I could remember her name, but I'm writing this several weeks after the fact. She was really sweet and fun. The prices are pretty reasonable. Clearly you're paying more than online, but you get to support the local economy and have someone available to answer questions or concerns so it's a decent trade off. Plus, their selection is really great and very inclusive.
