What happened!!! Used to love this place when lorna was there. I've been here a few times in the last couple of months and I have to say the service has really gone down hill this last time I was in and was walking around lost looking for something specific for 25 mins! Not once did anyone acknowledge me. I stood at the register area and watched 3 employees talking about nothing for over 5 mins before someone noticed me staring and clearing my throat. Just to be like no we don't have that in right now with no suggestions on something else . I have to say I put my things downcand left there went almost a $800s in sales if I want a lack of customer service I can buy online. Sorry to say but your people you have working for you now are lazy rude and incompetent...

Love love love this store!!! My most recent shopping experience at this store was the best one yet. My husband and I were assisted by Lorna who is fabulous and extremly knowledgeable on pretty much every product in the store and even things that are not there but should be. She was not pushy and yet i wanted every product she recommended. Im an avid lover of adult toys and products and like to know as much as possible about these products to share with people who are unsure about these types of products. Lorna made me look like an amateur with her vast knowledge. Everything she recommended was everything she said it would be and more. Its refreshing to have a great store with such great employees. I highly recommend it for all your naughty needs!!

went in to buy a water pipe and they wouldn’t sell to me because of the terminology used. i said concentrate, water pipe, and isopropyl alcohol. i was given no warning and no substitute for the supposed “illegal” terms i used. please if you’re going to sell pieces educate your workers on the actual legal terminology. would’ve rather gone to cloud nine and spent more $$ both times i’ve been to this location have been awkward and employees did not make me feel welcome.
