This website is a scam. They will take your money and never ship the product. They are impossible to reach as well, so you won't be able to get your money back. Have tried calling them on 3 different numbers, emailing, and texting. Had to file the dispute with my bank to claw back a refund.

I would give Zero stars were it an option. Thieves is the thing to describe them. They took the money and never shipped the item. Repeated attempts to communicate with them have been met with silence. They do not respond to emails. They are a website with no products to sell is my guess. BOO!

Complete fraud. Purchased an item to replace something my dog had damaged that was apparently out of stock and rather than refunding the purchase they mailed me a different item. CLEARLY BAIT AND SWITCH. The company has 2 phone lines that are constantly busy and refuse to respond to messages on the site and emails sent to customer service. Avoid this "company" at all cost. Online scammer that should be dropped from all platforms.

I WILL CONTINUE EXPOSING YOUr COMPANY ON ALL MY PLATFORMS UNTIL YOU FIX THIS, Horrible. They have no means of getting in contact with their customers. Dropped $200 on them, it’s been 2 months, I have called 4 times, messaged once on FB, and emailed probably 3 times, and they have received my money but I’ve received no update on my order.
