these attendants ..worst customer service provided ! acted like they were both stoned and neither would answer questions..continued to laugh at themselves over what..? .not certain One of the few adult stores in town for bachelor party..to bad too! ..go somewhere else And it was just myself shopping Zero stars

I love this little shop, and the lovely and helpful people that run it! They have a variety of things to choose from, on either side of the store! (Half being the smoke shop and the other being the adult side!) more often than not I find things here are cheaper than ordering online, so it’s super convenient to not have to wait. Only negative is I have bought a few faulty items, and if they don’t work there isn’t really a way to fix it other than buying another and hoping for the best! Otherwise I highly recommend stopping in!

This store sold me a dirty used toy that leaked all over everything in the bag with what looks like blood and semen they even left the exchange paper in the box with it it wad on there shelf atleast 5 days after that tell I bought it it is a health hazard to shop here that won't even refund me my money for the items they destroyed by placing it in the same bag as this nasty used toy

I was ready to give this store a 5-star review, but then today happened. As someone who came from Florida to work in this town, I was happy to find a place that sells CBD which I use for my injuries due to the nature of the sport I practice. I understand laws and regulations are different here, IDs need to be checked, they need to see if they match your credit/debit card, and I do not take this offensively, laws are laws. However, when you get to the store and ask for CBD, and the lady tells your face they don't have none, and you see plenty of gummies and different products, also the person treats you badly like you're committing some sort of crime, when you are actually asking about the product that the store is known for. I never write bad reviews specially when I go to a place several times a month like I go to this store, but I can tell that the lady working tonight around 8:15pm, does not know how to treat a customer, not for lack of knowledge on the product, which I don't care I know not everybody knows about CBD, but for her rudeness and attitude, if you don't like the product or consumers just pretend that you do, did not even put my thing on the bag just threw at me like, you have to get it out here right now! Bad experience with this lady nothing like I had before, sorry for venting on this post, but that's how her customer service skills made me feel tonight.
