Jen was friendly but decided to card my partner and I. No problem with IDing us, but when five other adults walked in after us, they weren’t carded for their ID. Not sure why this was the case, but it truly felt discriminatory and unfair. As a manager, I truly believe it is important to treat all customers equally and fairly.

I am not sure who the staff is now but I probably won't be going back, the one orange haired girl just is not helpful, is very rude and whenever my husband and I asked a question she acted like we were bothering her. We wanted to see something just the opening and she refused to just open it up herself so we could see it and said she could not because it was sealed and the box wasnts even sealed no tape she could have just touched herself but she just wanted to sit on the stool and continue doing her shipment while she had her coworker ring us out. Definitely disappointed.

Great selection, clean, quality pieces at reasonable prices. Location is easy on/off Reynolds. Take your time on sizing. Super helpfull staff will assist and were quite honest about sizing. Btw... previous reviewer... signage in-store explaining no returns. 45 minute drive one way, was definitely worth it! Return customer for sure!

I stop in for various items for my wife and I. The lady asked if she could help. I said "Not right now" Went in there today grabbed a few things for my wife's birthday. Then I asked the employee for help. I showed what I want. She helped me pick out the right size. My wife loved it, the color. Best of all it fit her perfectly.
