Cheyenne is the bombb Her customer service skills and kindness are killer. She goes above and beyond to make sure everyone gets checked on and she listens to all my nervous rambling LOL! She totally brought me out of my comfort zone. I come here quite often and I am always stoked to see her when I come in. She’s really fun but also knows ALOT about all the crazy stuff they have. truly a cool chick. Highly recommended seeing her if you can. !

It all depends on who is working when you come in. One lady is super helpful and knowledgeable whenever the wife and I come in(or just one of us) and the other we have dealt with is not wonderful, acts like you are imposing by coming in and seems offended if you don't take her recommendations. Would be nice if they had a more brands of lube and wider selection of toys. All and all not a bad little shop.

I had walked in without my ID and I apologized for not having it on me and was about to excuse myself out of the store. The lady working starts going off on me and saying that in the state of Kansas we can get fined for not having ID at all times (my ID was right in the parking lot, in my car, which I would have kindly ran out and got prior to this interaction I had). My friend looked at me and said we should just leave, and the lady looked at her and said “And don’t come back”. She was rude with no reason to be, my friend and I had not said one rude thing to her. Very bad service.
