If I could give more than five stars I would do so in a heartbeat. I met the manager Michelle earlier this year when I decided to stop by and look for lingerie and kill some time before my college classes. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and offered assistance with what I was looking for and right off the rip I could tell that Michelle genuinely wanted to make sure that I found exactly what my heart desired. After browsing, I went up to the counter and saw this GORGEOUS piece of lingerie on a mannequin hanging on the wall behind the counter with a layered ensemble that had a CHANEL logo harness with black and grey/white fabric stitching and dripping letters, with small diamonds, an attached body chain as well as an attached bottom. I asked if they would have another one of them in stock if that one got sold and Michelle informed me that they are a rarer item than the other pieces they tend to have restocked. I decided not to purchase it since I had already purchased lingerie and the next time I came in to see if it was still there, it was sold and my heart broke a little. Michelle immediately started making calls to see if any other store locations had this in stock and she did not give up until she found one. I was able to pick up the CHANEL piece a week later on a Saturday and I stood at the checkout counter, shocked by the fact that I was about to own something so unique and beautiful. I was also able to meet the newly hired employee on that day and although I did not catch her name, I received impeccable service from her as well and she was a very sweet soul. I went to this Cirilla's location several years ago and my experience wasn't very memorable. Now I go in and feel like family.

I've been a repeat customer for several years. Very friendly and helpful staff with a very large and girthy selection of massagers for the one eyed monster hiding behind anyone's zipper.

I have been coming here for years and have never been disappointed, they have such a good selection that I always find something to come back for. From the first time I walked in and everytime after that I felt welcome and comfortable shopping, the staff is simple amazing.

as an employee i have to say it’s been hands down one of the best working experiences i’ve ever had! coworkers/staff are friendly and accepting of all differences/walks of life. the discounts offered for dancers and veterans are very nice and the environment is incredibly clean and cozy.
