Tried to purchase from here, they charged my card and then claimed it "didn't go through on their end" even though the charge immediately posted to my account and took my money. She seemed like she didn't care about her job and said "oh this happens all the time, can I charge it again?" And wouldn't let me leave with the item they charged me for. Bank is currently working on a reversal but if you ask me it's suspicious and I will not be coming back.

Great store. Small but a wide variety of products. Manager was helpful and professional. I will definitely be back to visit soon.

I honestly went into Cirilla's not knowing what to expect, it being a first for me and my gf in an adult store I was curious and a little nervous as well. Upon walking inside I was greeted by Sierra who quickly calmed any nerves I had felt by being Freindly, Knowledgeable, and Very helpful. She helped My girlfriend and I find what we were looking for, as well as made us both feel comfortable. We will be back again and if you're in the area I'd say it's worth dropping by. Thanks again Sierra!

Walked in and the woman working didn’t even greet us before demanding to see our ID, I was annoyed but I get it…to a point…but on another hand I’m 31 years old, very obviously nowhere near 18. The woman was so rude, she acted bothered by the fact that she had customers. Didn’t answer our questions sufficiently, just kinda pointed at things or mumbled and went back to what she was doing. Asked her twice for product recommendation and she couldn’t give any just made comments to make us a feel stupid the entire time, we hadn’t been there in a long time so quite a few changes and she acted like we should know. The woman had absolutely no personality and truly should not be working in such a customer service oriented position.

Literally left there 5 minutes ago. Absolutely the WORST customer service. All three girls working NONE of them said hi or can we help you. They sat at the counter eating their chic fil a staring and not helping. Definitely calling corporate on these 3
