Just left the red head at the counter was NOT personable, inviting or even helpful. I was shopping by the shoes instead of her coming over to help she had me come to her very weird! She was very short and cold. I intended on buying a couple pairs of shoes and a few outfits but I’ll take my business across the street to lovers!

I've been here about 2 or 3 times. All the items I've gotten here were great and I've always received great customer service! Until tonight. My friend (male) and I went into the store to look for some things. We looked around, cracked some jokes about the gag gifts they had (we're in our 20s, it's bound to happen), and looked at some toys. Another customer was in there with us, she was nice and even said hi to us. She eventually left. Keep this in mind. Suddenly, one of the workers (a white woman with blonde hair) YELLS at us. Says we're being "rambunctious" and basically implying that we're scaring customers away. We apologize multiple times and she continues to complain while we do it. We were very respectful in our apologies, but she just kept going. Not only that, she tried to whisper on the phone to someone about us. My best friend and I loved this place, but now we will not be returning. Very disrespectful. They lost 2 customers. Although, there was another worker in there that was very respectful and helpful! I left a voice mail to corporate and am hoping to hear from them soon and that the women gets disciplinary action. This is not how customer service is supposed to be. UPDATE: I was able to get in touch with the district manager, they were very helpful and resolved the situation! I really appreciated that they listened to me and took action.

I went in for a quick trip knew exactly what I wanted ... Worker had another female sitting on counter and two males hanging out by register. I was waiting for them to exit because quite frankly I'm discreet with what I buy . It was a littler unnerving listening to the giggles and chit chat while shopping just to be addressed from 15 feet away that I only had 5 minutes until close .. I refuse to buy toys with my husband while having an audience .. lost out on 75 bucks because I put the merchandise down and now traveling to the other 24 hour store without young judgmental workers and her friends thanks !
