For Jess an excellent employee who treated me very well.. I'm 52 and I have either been a blue fish or a swinger couple. I've been coming into places like this for a long time. I'm very familiar with the prices of the things that I buy. I can tell you that they were lower than the other places I've been in the Kansas City area. For me the jewel in the whole experience was the store clerk. I got to tell you I was really impressed with her. I asked her questions that would have probably offended someone not working in an adult store. She didn't even blink,she was nice the whole time. It is true she couldn't answer every question I had but I'm not sure she should have been able to as a woman. To your store manager because I enjoyed my experience with Jess. I will definitely be coming back. In general I was really impressed with the whole store. Awesome selection very clean store good prices. If I had one complaint it would be your selection of pills for men was very small and didn't have any of the pills I take. So my suggestion would be get a bigger selection of pills. That one might seem like a small thing to most but after 50 not so much

I went in tonight with a couple of friends because one of them had never been into an adult entertainment shop before. So I drove an hour to be body shammed and completely humiliated infront of both of them. As I was purchasing the first mystery bag she told me she hoped that I would get something in MY SIZE which I was hoping too but the way she said it was a bit snarky. As I opened the bag in my car and found some underwear that were way to big on me I went back in to try my luck again. Now, I am a bigger woman but I'm mostly top heavy so I went back in to see about getting another one. whenever I went back in, she asked if I liked everything in the bag and I said well I got some underwear that were 3x and she proudly said I'm so happy YOU found something in YOUR size I kept quiet but it really sucked hearing that and completely embarrassed me in front of my female friend. So probably won't be back to this location I'll take my business elsewhere.

If I could give them zero I would I went in one evening and the gentleman working followed me around the store continue and do tell me what time it was so you can hurry up and leave and then I bought an outfit when I didn't get to try it on by the time I got home and I realized they refused because they said there was a stain and that they couldn't see it on the computer or on the camera so they refused to return it and never even apologize for their clerks Behavior pretty much told me that I was out my money and I didn't even wear it.
