so every other novelty store I've ever been in they will turn on a product for you to test it right there in the store to make sure that it's what you want.. so I brought three bullets/vibrators to the counter and was going to have her turn them on just to make sure that they were powerful enough that it was something I wanted she said they didn't do that and looked at me like I was crazy and then I said well can you tell me anything about the products then she couldn't do that either so she had zero knowledge of the products and wouldn't even turn any of them on so that I can see if it was something that I wanted cuz obviously there's a no return policy terrible service Will not go there again

Employee was helpful and polite without being pushy. Great selection of products and clean store. Definitely returning.

Went in yesterday on 7/15 to buy some clothes, everyone greeted me nicely when I went in, didn't discriminate against me or try to take my purse away. I saw what I needed, picked it out and purchased it. The employees were super nice and friendly. Bought what I needed, was able to open the door of my own accord without being trapped. Great experience. Nice and friendly staff. Unlike at Moonlight. Where they're super rude from the moment you enter the store.

Went to buy a couple things and spend $100 call the store and let them know I would be getting there right at closing time so they could have things ready for me. I’m a long-haul truck driver and I got there at 10:01 and she wouldn’t help me do not recommend this place horrible customer service.

Good, reputable products, went in today for gifts for a large bachelor party but was told to remove my ball cap. On a snowing winter day I was asked to remove my knitted hat. I let that one pass and gave them another chance since historically I've never had a problem. However they seem to have antiquated policies about head coverings that make it difficult to support this establishment. I cover my head for many reasons and none are because I wish to conceal my identity. If people in hats scare you that much, ecommerce my be the direction to go.
