Absolutely will never shop and spend my hard earned money here ever again. Rude employee from the jump, did NOT explain the "procedure" with enough detail not to cause extra time or to the possibility I might be eating $25 dollars because this store has a "no return or exchange policy" and I accidentally wrote down the wrong number(Only detail given was to write down what i wanted on paper with pens, which were both provided in the back so i initially wrote down the names) which caused me to get an item i did not want and did not discover the mistake until after arriving home and they were already closed. I did make sure to mention to the employee it was first time in there and I usually do this kind of shopping online but had left something off of my recent order that if ordered now would not arrive in time so was kind of forced to stop by if I wanted it in time. So more effort on the employee's part, better detail when explaining "store procedure for purchase", and also mentioning the stores apparent ABSOLUTELY NO EXCHANGE POLICY would have been decent basic customer service and would have prevented this entire review and my horrible experience. Instead, I experienced an extremely rude, uncalled for, and basically disrespectful treatment by an employee, who, in their own words, does not make mistakes when attempting to rectify the situation of getting the wrong item I was treated like a liar(I never opened the incorrect item but was told that they can't be sure I didn't), and with disrespect by said employee. I had to ask if we could even check to make sure I wrote down the wrong number, and the mistake was not on the employee's part. The employee did not offer to check this solution up and was huffy, and acting like having to check was a bother to them. Now I'll stop here to mention that when entering the store to exchange an incorrect item, the employee came out of the back area where she had been assisting a couple. So why, after mentioning it was my first visit the previous night, was I not shown the same level of assistance by the employee as these other customers? And, why was the "no return or exchange" once the item leaves the store policy not mentioned to a first-time customer? Now I have to wait to hear from the manager or owner, whichever the bad employee mentioned, tomorrow to see if they will even allow me to exchange for the item I initially INTENDED TO BUY AND ACTUALLY WANTED. I left my name and number for said decision maker and told the rude and disrespectful employee there would be no need for decision maker to call me if they would not exchange and other than getting correct item, if allowed, I would never be back.*****Update***** I did not receive a call today so I guess I'm out $25. That's fine because they will never get another cent and I'll make sure their customer service policies are spread so no one else has to deal with this
