I will not be coming here to purchase , I literally walked in the store asked for an item & got the most Nastiest attitude from the middle-age woman in there with blonde hair not sure if she was having a bad day, but I didn’t go out my way to treat her nasty and she was very rude.

We absolutely do not sell used toys.. the toys come packaged with protective powders to protect the toys. Also we have an absolute no return policy. We will help everyone with their manufacturing warranties and also help to get replacement with cords. We always check the toys before leaving our store.. The manager was not rude to the customer. She spoke with him and explained if the credit was not placed back on his card in 3 business days he would need to file a dispute with the bank. She also offered her services to help with filing the dispute as she has done in the past for credits that did not make it back to the customer's accounts.

When the first thing out of the clerks mouth when you walk in is “we’ve got plus size just so you know” you already know it’s not gonna be a great experience. We didn’t even get a hello out of her. Sure, yes I’m curvy, but seriously? What if someone already has a damaged self esteem or suffers from a health issue that makes them overweight? Not cool. She was on Facebook and yelling loudly the entire time we were there. Save your time and money and go down the street to the locked door where the employees are awesome and helpful and actually act like professionals.
