DONT GO, Just left the store, the worst store I’ve ever been, awful costumer service, I usually spend more than 500 every time I go to an adult store, I was gonna spend that today, and the guy there today basically kicked us out because he wanted to leave at 10pm on the dot, while I’m spending 200 on products, he starts saying that he’s gonna close the store since 9:40 making the experience that is already uncomfortable more awful, while I have my hands full of products he says that if I don’t pay now I won’t be able to buy anything, it was 10 on the dot, the worst experience I’ve ever had, I put at least half of the things away and spend just around 200 when I planned on at least 500. I’ve been in this store before and a lady working there was really nice, but because of today I’ll never go there and spend another dollar again, I’ve spent thousands there already

Look here look listen, it’s an awful place man, like seriously, I placed an online order for an Atlas Hog ‘BBC’ and it came in white and the wrong size! Not even the girth I prefer to ride, I don’t know how I’m supposed to enjoy my hog when it’s not the right order!!

Awful, please don't waste your time or money. We went there today 9/29/22 and bought a product. Unbeknownst to us, he was supposed to check the product. He did not. Got home, it doesn't work. Called back his manager Jim asked Joseph if he checked it, he said yes. Lied. The thing about me, is that I record EVERYTHING. I have both of our interactions on video. As, I was informed that they were going to delete the footage. Jim is rude, nasty and vile. Joseph didn't check it, nor did I know that he was supposed to or I would have insisted. All of this for a $40 sale, sad. RUNNNNNNNN FAR AWAY FROM THIS DUMP. We should have known better by its appearance but, due to the nature of its products its seedy appearance fits.

Worked here for a brief time, was asked to work a 12 hour shift with no breaks, did so. Went to the bathroom, regional manager fired me the next day claiming I "went to the back" - video footage proves I went to the bathroom and bathroom alone. Final paycheck now almost a month late, no return correspondace regarding a timeline - filing a complaint witht he dept of state in moments.

Yeah I feel like these old reviews from 2 or 3 years ago should be updated. This shop is relatively clean and the displays of toys and stuff is presentable where u can see them. Plus, the cashier she was really nice and helpful. I wouldn't mind going back.
