I could've bought a man for $600 plus dollars you REFUSE to give me. I cancelled my order before it was sent out. Kept getting told I would receive a refund in 30 to 45 days. I get an email stating they sent out the product and I will be receiving it on Friday. I will refuse the order. I expect my return! There will be a police report filed. I have all documentation.

I have never wrote a bad review before in my life. But this place deserves it. Ordered RC2 in Jan 2023, didn’t receive for 5 months, customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE. The product looks great when you first receive it, but doesn’t last for long! A few months in paint chipped away like crazy, sliding skin froze up. I’ve contacted them on severalll occasions over the course of a year, their communication is terrible, if you’ve ever done business with them you already know that. 10/10 would not recommend

Brought one for Mrs pretty much no response when emailing them but when they do reply they kept giving reasons why it was taken so long. 7month to post, about 3 months and maybe used 10 times the “skin” doesn’t move anymore after following the care instructions to the letter. After spending $890aud it’s not money well spent, have brought cheaper one that have last a lot longer and haven’t cared for them as much as RC2 version.

I can’t give this place any stars at this point. I have been waiting for my order since August 2023. It started as 6-8 weeks of processing as stated on the website. Once I started inquiring, then Haley responded with 6-7 months to get the product! I have been initiating communication & at this point it’s going on 9 months with no real update. I was told is late February it would be done, I have yet to receive this. I am going to dispute the charges with my bank soon if I don’t get my order by the end of the month. This is unfortunate because I was looking forward to this. Stop accepting orders & taking people’s money if you can’t deliver! Please save your reputation, my order number is #1201120.

This is the most unprofessional enterprise I ever spend my money in. It’s been 11 months since a placed my order. I sent so many emails asking for my order or my money and nobody answer any emails or phone calls or voicemails this place is horrible. I’m still waiting for my $500 or my product. But I gave up. Went to the police to report them also I’m disputing the transaction. I feel this guys have no place to make the job or even the money to refund all the customers they has scammed. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME with them it’s not worth it.
